I’m a total call centre failure. Not only do the people on the other end of the phone hate me, so do the women working all around me.

    Don’t take it personally - call centres do that to people, I worked in one for years and only now, 4 years on, do I feel some humans are worthy of my attention ;)

    As a salesman I wonder why 95% of the people I receive cold calls from sound like they have no idea how to ease a customer into listening ??? They start off with that - Oh so cheerie voice but you can hear the dollars confusing their tactics…..start off with a gentle - I’m not here to sell tactic and maybe they’ll be open to listen.
